Purpose

This site presents Balls, a free video game, and lets you play it in the browser. There are no user accounts and no sign-up: only anonymous rooms are created to play with other people.

Using the site means accepting this legal notice, the terms of use and the privacy policy.

Intellectual and industrial property

The Balls name, logo, illustrations, texts, design and code of the site and the game belong to the owner or are used under licence from their authors. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without permission, except for uses allowed by law.

Third-party resources (typefaces, libraries, audio and others) are used under their licences; the attributions they require are on the credits page.

Liability

The owner strives to keep information accurate and the service available, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions.

The owner is not liable for misuse of the site or for players’ conduct in rooms, without prejudice to acting once aware of it (see the terms of use).
