What these terms are

These conditions govern the use of Balls and this site. By playing you accept these terms, the legal notice and the privacy policy.

Free and no accounts

Balls is free, with no in-game purchases and no ads. There are no accounts and no sign-up: anyone can play from the browser. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to play. You may not copy, sell or modify the game except as the law allows.

Age

Balls is made for ages 10 and up. If you are under 14, ask your family for permission before playing online and do not type personal data into your nickname.

Conduct in rooms

• Pick a nickname that is not offensive, does not impersonate anyone and contains no personal data.
• Do not cheat: no modifying the game, automating actions or exploiting bugs to gain an advantage.
• Do not repeatedly leave matches or spoil other people’s fun.
• Respect other players. There are only predefined quick messages; do not use them to bother people.

What other players see

The players in your room see your nickname and what you do in the match. They never see your IP address, because connections go through our room server.

Reports, removals and blocks

You can report cheating, offensive names or leaving from inside the match. Whoever creates a room can remove a player from it. If someone breaks these terms, we may restrict their access to online rooms, temporarily or permanently.

Availability and versions

We offer the game as is, with no guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or withdraw it. Playing online requires the latest version; if there is a new one, reload the page. Solo play does not depend on it.

Intellectual property

Balls, its name, art, texts and code belong to its owner, except for the third-party resources listed on the credits page with their licence.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the owner is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the game or from other players’ conduct. This does not limit the rights you have as a consumer.
